The delivery date for products (in stock only) is within 3-7 business days from the date of order shipment approval by Rolling Dice. Product delivery time will be calculated based on business days Sunday to Thursday and does not include Friday, Saturday, holiday eves, and holidays.

Rolling Dice will not be responsible for delays in product delivery resulting from events beyond
its control (security situation, postal service strikes, etc.)
However, it will certainly do everything in its power to take care of the customer and deliver the product as soon as possible.

If a specific item is not delivered within the promised time by the overseas supplier (or if an international or Israeli artist decides to postpone the album release, the customer will be given the option to decide whether to receive a full refund, credit for future purchases on the site, or an exchange for another product of the same value)

Prices

Prices displayed include VAT. Prices on the website are final.

The website's clearing mechanism is an automatic mechanism.

The final price charged will be the price appearing in the order confirmation sent to the customer's email. Order cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been shipped. Shipping costs appear on the shipping costs page and do not include exceptionally heavy shipments. In such a case, the package shipping price will be determined by the Rolling Dice team according to the package's weight, regardless of the shipping cost as recorded in the order. In any such case, Rolling Dice will notify the customer before shipping the order.

An order for more than one record that includes pre-order products will only be shipped once all the records have arrived (anyone who wishes to receive a partial order can request it and pay for additional shipping separately).
From the moment the product arrives, we do our best to send it out to you within two days. Anyone who ordered self-pickup will receive a WhatsApp/email notification to come and collect it

You can pay by credit card in two installments, via PayPal or Bit (when you reach the payment page). We accept all types of credit cards except Diners and Apple Pay.

Due to numerous recurring incidents, we cannot guarantee that all records will play properly on a suitcase turntable or non-professional turntables, which are unprofessional turntables and sometimes struggle to handle colored or overly heavy records. Please be aware of this before purchasing. No refunds will be given for skipping records, etc.

A customer may return purchased product(s) only if they are unopened in their original packaging (sealed as received). To return products, they must be sent (shipping cost to be borne by the customer) with the invoice to the business address that will be provided on WhatsApp: 0544212266

For the products, a credit will be issued for the next purchase (excluding shipping fees) or the credit card will be credited up to 14 days from the date of purchase with the invoice only. Products whose original packaging has been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation or return of an order if a customer changes their mind will incur a 5% handling/clearing fee of the product price.

Unless it is found to be defective, in which case a full refund will be given after a courier collects the defective product at the expense of the store and an inspection is carried out by the store staff.

Inspection time will not exceed 7 business days from the moment the product returns to the store.
If the customer is right, a full refund will be given without deducting the clearing fee.

In case of cancellation before the product is shipped (except for pre-ordered products imported from abroad, for which the decision is at the discretion of the store) – no shipping cost will be charged.
In case of return after the product has been shipped and received by the customer – the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
A refund will be issued within 14 business days from the date of receiving the product back.
All items supplied by Rolling Dice are sent in good and new condition. Rolling Dice is not responsible for the quality of the product, as it does not manufacture it. In case you purchased a defective product, your sole right is to exchange it for an identical, functional product. Rolling Dice will not be liable to you for malfunctions or disruptions in shipping. We will not bear any responsibility for any damage caused to you due to delays in delivery or as a result of the products supplied to you being defective.

Please note. There is no warranty on the proper functioning of a record for customers who own a suitcase turntable, which is a problematic product when it comes to playing records correctly. Please pay attention before purchasing.
